I’ve honed my skills while working at reputable companies for several years, consistently showcasing a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a client-centered approach. Not only do I value serving clients, but I also place great importance on training and nurturing new talent. When this opportunity crossed my path – the chance to establish Artist Lab, fueled by unwavering determination, I eagerly embraced this new adventure, motivated by my drive to provide clients an exceptionally comfortable and high quality experience. So here’s a little bit about myself: I am Barbara Bolsius, 25 years old and living in Amsterdam for several years now (I’m originally from the South, Dutchies will be able to tell from my accent ;)). My drive throughout my work is to make people feel good and confident, talk endlessly about different topics, or just embrace the calmness throughout a treatment. I love the aesthetic of a beautiful, strong and smooth nail. Work wise, I love nail trends that come and go, and I’ll always keep an eye on that. Since I was young, doing nails was my hobby, and three years ago, I turned that passion into my profession. I’m 31 and from Barcelona, but I’ve lived in Australia, the US and Indonesia the last few years where I worked in fashion and beauty. This experience allowed me to connect with people from around the world and develop a unique style that I now bring into every design.

I’m specialized in BIAB, a product I love for its versatility and flawless natural finish but also a trend hunter, always looking to innovate and offer the latest. My favorite part of the job is creating unique sets that merge my clients’ style with my creativity, crafting designs that capture their personality and match their vibe—making their nails the perfect accessory in every session. I am delighted to introduce myself as a new member of this space. My name is Magdalena Zotou, I am from Greece, and I have recently moved to the Netherlands. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Architecture and Design while also working as a nail technician with many years of experience in the field. Creativity and care are the key elements that led me to specialize in nail care. I have a strong attention to detail and always strive for a clean and polished result. Lilo Louw

Hi, I’m Lilo! I’m a 24‑year‑old living in Amsterdam and absolutely loving it (originally from sunny South Africa!). I’ve always loved expressing myself creatively. My adventures have taken me from designing film sets to creating nail art in the salon.

Outside of the salon you’ll find me moving and creating. I’m passionate about boxing, dance classes, yoga and I love to cook and bake. Caring for others has always come naturally to me, and as a nail artist I get to combine that nurturing side with my love for skin and nail care.

I also love to yap and chat, so feel free to share your stories while I work. My goal is to help you carve out a moment just for yourself, to feel pampered, safe and cared for. Hey! I’m Paula. Originally from Argentina, but based in the Netherlands already for a couple of years thanks to life’s unexpected turns. I’ve always been drawn to creativity. I studied UX design and production, so visual aesthetics and attention to detail have been part of my journey from the start. While looking for a hobby to help me unwind and disconnect, I discovered nails… and quickly realized I loved it more than I expected. I’m passionate about everything related to beauty, wellness, and fitness; and I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I believe nails can be a subtle yet powerful way to express who you are and to feel good in your own skin. Getting your nails done is more than just a beauty ritual, it’s the selfcare we all deserve.
