Cancellation policy

If you can’t make it to your appointment, you can either reschedule or cancel your booking. You can do this through the link in your confirmation email. You can do this up to 24 hours before your booked appointment.

If you cancel between 24 and 4 hours before your appointment, it’s only possible via email or directly by contacting the nail tech you have an appointment with. In this case, a 50% fee will be charged.

For cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, or in the case of a no show, the full treatment will be charged.

Note: if you do not pay the invoice we will send you, be aware that this is in our system. This means that the next time you will visit Artist Lab, you will have to pay the invoice in the salon.
